This Privacy Policy (hereinafter - Privacy Policy) is an integral part of the Public Offer published on the website at: rituelsdelasultane.com (hereinafter - Website).

Website Services - interactive (dialogue) software components on Website pages used for integration with information systems and providing Website users with certain capabilities for accessing information on the Website (hereinafter - Services, Website Services).

Use of Website Services means unconditional acceptance by the User of this Policy and the conditions for processing their personal information contained herein; in case of disagreement with these conditions, the User should refrain from using the services.

3.6. Website Administration takes necessary organizational and technical measures to protect User personal information from unlawful or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, and from other unlawful actions of third parties.

3.7. Website Administration jointly with the User takes all necessary measures to prevent losses or other negative consequences caused by loss or disclosure of User personal data.

4. OBLIGATIONS OF PARTIES

4.1. The User is obliged to:

4.1.1. Provide personal data information necessary for Website use.

4.1.2. Update, supplement the provided personal data information in case of changes to this information.

4.2. Website Administration is obliged to:

4.2.1. Use received information exclusively for the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy.

4.2.2. Ensure storage of confidential information in secrecy, do not disclose without prior written permission from the User, and do not conduct sale, exchange, publication or disclosure in other possible ways of User personal data transmitted, except as provided for by this Privacy Policy.

4.2.3. For protection of User personal data during their processing, the following legal, organizational and technical measures have been taken against unauthorized, unlawful or accidental access to personal data, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, provision, distribution of personal data, and other unlawful actions regarding personal data: full storage protection.

4.2.4. Effect blocking of personal data relating to the respective User from the moment of User or their legal representative or authorized body request for protection of personal data rights for the period of verification in case of detection of inaccurate personal data or unlawful actions.

5. LIABILITY OF PARTIES

5.1. Website Administration that has not fulfilled its obligations is liable for damages incurred by the User in connection with unlawful use of personal data, in accordance with applicable Bahraini legislation.

5.2. In case of loss or disclosure of confidential information, Website Administration is not liable if such confidential information:

5.2.1. Became public before its loss or disclosure.

5.2.2. Was obtained from a third party before its receipt by Website Administration.

5.2.3. Was disclosed with the User's consent.

6. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

6.1. Before filing a lawsuit regarding disputes arising from the relationship between Website User and Website Administration, submission of a claim (written proposal for voluntary dispute resolution) is mandatory.

6.2. The recipient of the claim shall, within 5 calendar days of receipt of the claim, notify the claimant in writing of the results of claim consideration.

6.3. If agreement is not reached, the dispute shall be submitted for consideration to court in accordance with applicable Bahraini legislation.

6.4. This Privacy Policy and the relationship between the User and Website Administration shall be governed by applicable Bahraini law.

7. ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS

7.1. Website Administration has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the User's consent.

7.2. The new Privacy Policy takes effect from the moment of its placement on the Website, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Privacy Policy.
